We stayed for only one night for New Years Eve. Check in was 3pm. We arrived and everything was initially very nice. Offered drinks immediately during check in, was explained of all the facilities available to us, then showed to our room. We paid for an all inclusive stay for the night. We were very hungry from a long travel day and wanted to take advantage of the many restaurants available to us. However, every restaurant was closed once we arrived. Many serve until 3pm, and particular to this time, they were all closing in addition to setting up for New Years Eve. So we were told we could order room service for an additional cost. We waited to eat until dinner when the restaurants opened at 6pm. Of all the available restaurants for the hotel guests, a total of about 7, only one restaurant was available for us to eat. Everything else was for reservation only. To sum up, the all inclusive was extremely minimal. And the options were limited for the stay. I would have appreciated being notified in advance that we needed to make reservations for dinner in the other restaurants prior to our arrival. Additionally, when check in is not until 3pm and all the restaurants are closed what is that point.
