Very good location , nice garden and pool water is warm and itis very good ,, rooms are big and comfortable ,, staff are friendly and polite ,, great value for money ,, good for families

The property itself can be beautiful if maintained well!!! but however it was very old hotel property and insects etc around inside the rooms n cupboards .. floors were very dirty and there was much to be desired! We were in holiday spirit and were even ok to overlook everything due to Eid busy week but then we had bad experience with their Staff from reception Ms. Hala and also the Manager Mr. Salah or something he mentioned. Previous evening it started raining - so I went to balcony to get some stuff inside and I slipped and fell so badly n my knees were swollen. My husband dropped us at Marbella n had to go back to dubai as he had some urgent work. At check out time I informed the staff HALA n manager Salah that I had emergency as my knees are swollen from the fall n We were awaiting my husband to come n pick us up but unfortunately we could not reach him even after calling him 10 times. We panicked n asked them to assist us to sort our bags n help us till my husband arrived !!! The hotel not being fulling occupied as per the booking availability n it being mid week… Manager kept telling us to pay for an extra day - just for 10 mins extra that I told him we need to wait till my husband comes to pick us up !!! They were heartless and so insensitive !!! Really not human ! It was really so shocking that such staff can ruin a holiday- which we really tried to ignore all other things of the hotel resort ! Sadly it made our whole stay feel really unpleasant and sour. We feel the staff need a training in hospitality and customer service if they want to keep the 4 Stars … That can go a long way in listening to customers and making them feel welcome at your resort !
