City Seasons Hotel Dubai

LikedI really love the hospitality, specially Rizwan at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Had a great time spending in the hotel. Food was great this is our first time in this hotel we received so much respect and love from them and I really appreciate to the reception guy rizwan it was a very good stay.

LikedRoom was spacious. Location is good. Walkable distance to Deira City Center and Dubai Metro. Taxis are available in front of the hotel itself. Sometimes you need to wait for a max of 5 min. Swimming Pool was good. Tourism desk operating in the hotel lobby was very informative and supportive.

DislikedRoom needs lot of maintenance works. Like bed extension bottom padding came off, burnt sockets, wobbling bed side table lamps, wardrobe sliding door was noisy, mini bar not working, etc., Bath linen can be better.
