LikedNice hotel, very good food, nice SPA with a small pool, close to the Metro station.
DislikedVery impolite (rude) one lady at the reception (she was from China or other country from far Asia). Unfortunatelly she was making a check-in and check-out for us. We requested a quiet room - she gave us a room on the 6th flor just under the SPA center with terrible noise form jacuzzi. Additionally she requested a quite high deposit for a stay in the hotel, which was not mentioned in the booking confirmation. After her boss intervention deposit was canceled. During the check-out she requested us to wait for 15 minutes for the room verification - just like we would try to steal someting from the room. This gave us a terrible impression about this hotel. We also stayed in other hotel The Avenue, where the guest treatment was exceptionally good, much better than in Millennium.

Torn and stained linen and towels. Criteria for children while booking (through Agoda) and at hotel changed! Small pool, Kids don’t have NO place to enjoy other than the small pool. Limited menu for buffet.
