DislikedThe only problem is getting in and out of the hotel as the area is ultra crowded and heavy traffic, so if someone is driving in Dubai and need to go in and out of the hotel many times during ur stay it’s not the best place to be…

service was really terrible from the moment we arrived, receptionist was unfriendly and did not seem like she wanted to assist us. since our check in is at 3 and we arrived at 2 we were asked to wait so we went to have lunch and came back at 5, our room was ready however no one was able to bring our luggage to our room for almost 2 hours! it seems that they lost the luggage ticket and we had to call them a few times and go down to the reception twice which was very inconvenient given that we just arrived and desperately needed our bags to settle. One more thing is that the receptionist refused to give us rooms on the same floor because she had another customer arriving that she wanted to give that room to, and we were told that our room had an even nicer view (pool view) however our room’s view was actually a noisy construction site and you couldnt even see the pool. Room facilities were also not that great it was very basic, definitely did not give that luxarious hotel vibes, and did not include any complimentary’s but what was most distrubing is that our shower did not have warm or hot water we had to shower in cold water in winter. Would not repeat the experience and would not recommend to anyone.
