LikedGood location. Very good breakfast time. Breakfast was OK. Tram station round the corner. Carrefour 24/7 shop with hot dinners around the corner. Bicycle share round the corner.

DislikedVery noisy room due to the traffic on the road. Uncomfortable bed. Too soft or old mattress. Unpractical door opening to the bathroom. Many russian people.

LikedThe only good thing was quality bed linen (bad pillow thou) and location

DislikedTotally poor knowledge, communication, service from all staff. Furniture, fixtures, amneties, poor quality/ broken and old. Hidden telephone charges, high prices, dry& cheap breakfast; images attached No shuttle bus to the beach even advertised, terrible sound from corridors 24-7. Absolutely worse experience.

Dislikedmy room was on the 3rd floor, practically on the street level with a view towards the construction site across the street the room was triangular in shape with the bed barely fitting. I had to jump across the bed to reach the desk. the mini bar and TV were old and outdated. I stayed for 6 nights and kindly asked for a change of rooms. As per staff own account, the hotel was not fully booked and on first day they put a not to change me next day. I asked again the next day and the room change was again postponed and ultimately never happened. No view of the sea or anything else Staff was in training with not adequate support from senior personnel closest beach is private and not accessible

LikedThe apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It has really big and cozy queen-size bed. Deds for kids were also great! The breakfast was pretty good, but the lunch in Cafe Society we liked the most. They provided great set menu and also special menu for kids. Everyone in our family enjoyed the lunches! For dinner they served a buffet in Cafe Society, it was also really good experience for us. We also enjoy being and swimming pools. A special thanks for Turkish and Russian baths, me and my wife loved them! Also I should mention that for us it was really easy to travel to different places using near tram/metro or taxi(it's was totally affordable, the prices weren't changed since 2022). Carrefour market nearby makes you loves easy, if you like preparing food by yourself

DislikedThe great Sufouh Beach was unfortunately closed, we have to visit Marina Beach, usually by taxi. Peaches & Cream Beach Restaurant experience was not so pleasant, it's pretty long distance and people there weren't very friendly, also it's opening only from 11:30, it was too late for us.
