Very good location and friendly staff. There was water leakage on the bathroom and it was reported 3 times and wasn’t fixed. Leave of cleanness is low with the apartment as you can see dust. Toilet in the entrance had very bad smell ( sworage smell ). Housekeep service was completed in daily basis but without doing shower gel / shampoo refill as well tissues. Thanks

DislikedThe booking.com price was £450.30 but when I got to reception they charged me £575.31? Still trying to resolve the dispute

LikedI love the staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful Breakfast was delicious, specially omelette and pancakes, the little pastries they were really dry Gym facilities was average but enough to have a session
DislikedSomething weird happened the wifi went down at midnight and didn’t came back until 30 min after. Then at 00:45 the door of my room opened and when I went to se who was they closed and left , I asked in reception to check cctv but I didn’t have an answer yet
