LikedLocation and the staff
DislikedSome staff at check in counters. Most of them didn't know much about the hotel amenities, inclusions etc. One person even made up stuff and lied to us with a smile on his face when we asked about the the "welcome amenities" listed on the club room inclusions page. Then when we questioned further he went and spoke to another staff member who knew the details and gave us the correct answer.
