Disliked1. the property was given in a bad condition. 2. our main room was locked for few hours due to an existing damage to the door knob. 3. property agent whom taking care the unit has a poor management. 4. we were not been taken care of properly. 5. they are passing the rectification to hotel. but hotel say not under them. 6. a miscommunication and bad behavior by the Qstay management. 7. a lot of things to improve. 8. the water in the bathroom is not flowing. 9. the property didnt care about the customer.

LikedLocation great it’s why I booked it. Wanted a 5* central location as was proposing to my girlfriend.

DislikedThe standard of the room was sub standard. Not even close to being worth a 1000aed a night. Cracked mirrors, dirty/mouldy bathroom features. There was even a plain MDF board used as a panel on bathroom counter. Liar goes on.
