LikedThe rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a full kitchen. Plus, the downtown view was really nice. Hotel's location made it easy to reach attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall within minutes

LikedWe had a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony and it was huge! Very clean and comfortable. Staff in dining room were great and meals were tasty though not always hot. Fresh inmates or eggs made to your liking for breakfast was a nice touch. We were only in Dubai for a couple of days so we didn’t use the pool area but it did look nice. The hotel is a short 1.7km walk to hop on off bus stop 1 at Dubai Mall.

DislikedWe had booked 2 rooms, one with a solo female traveller and was advised at check in she had to be on a different floor as they only had one of each room type on each level. I had requested room together in my booking requests and response said if available they would. Obviously would never be available with only one on each level. If I’d have known I’d have booked a different room type for her. She was a first time very nervous solo traveller so it was an issue!
