LikedThe 1 bedroom was excellent with pool and bluetooth speaker. The spa was great we had a few visits for massage and breakfast was nice and healthy. Staff are excellent and fixed issues quickly. The whole place transported you to a clean, beautifully maintained landscapes and gardens with balinese/stone architecture.

DislikedThe mosquitoes were plentiful but got under control with the supplied insect spray

LikedThe staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating with every request. The rooms are well laid out with an amazing private pool. Apart from nit picking little things, the property was almost faultless.

DislikedThe bed was low and hard, which the staff tried to accommodate to. The cost to use the services of the car outside of the Seminyak area is far too expensive.

LikedScenic location set in the heart of Seminyak. Yet very calm and quaint from the hustle bustle once you’re inside. Very close to the market, shops and restaurants. Extremely generous and genuinely sweet staff. Always lending a helping hand. Tending to all my kid’s needs. Beautiful clean property with great breakfast offering. Lovely spa to unwind and de-stress for the day. Ari particularly was wonderful. Happy with all the staff and their support throughout our stay!

LikedThe food is very delicious. And it's healthy. There is a variety of menus so you will never get bored. The staff are all friendly and very kind. The interior design is sophisticated and the water server is very convenient. The goods shop is also superior in design and quality compared to other hotels and shops. Special thanks to ninie and leona !

DislikedThe cotton swab shaft is made of wood, This is good.but sometimes it breaks easily inside the ear. It might be a little dangerous. However, I have no complaints about my stay.
