LikedGood location near all Restaurant & city center. Tourist attractions were within 15-30 mins drive. Spacious room with good housekeeping on daily basis. Kids enjoyed pool & breakfast. Comfortable beds in room.

LikedRoom was spacious and offered comfortability and practicality. Staff were always friendly and efficient. In the context of Muscat, being a spread out city, the location is pretty good. Mosque nearby as well as restaurants, grocery shops, all within 6-7mins walk.

DislikedWiFi was very slow and often didn't work well, and I ended up having to use data from my sim most of the time. Bath/shower also was not in the greatest condition, considering the rest of the room was very well maintained.

LikedThe staff were extremely unfriendly. When i booked the rooms it was mentioned that the breakfast would be included and after the payment they told us that its not included. Very bad service, the rooms were clean though.

DislikedExtremely poor service from the staff. Would not recommend this hotel. Made a terrible mistake by choosing this hotel. Ill- mannered and unfriendly staff. Called the room service many times but no response.
