LikedThe location of Copthorne Hotel is just perfect! Only steps away from the Corniche Street, Khalid Lagoon and Al Majaz Waterfront. Rooms are very clean, spacious and cosy. All amenities are there. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful!

DislikedI had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at a hotel. The reception staff was not at all welcoming, which made me feel unwelcome right from the start. I also requested a cot for my kids over the phone, but unfortunately, they forgot to bring it to my room. I had to call them again to remind them Additionally, there was a problem with the hot water in my toilet. I immediately called the hotel staff to inform them about the issue, but there was no action taken from their side. I had to go to the reception myself to speak to them personally. The hotel staff member told me that there was maintenance on the heating system, so he couldn't do anything about it. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and this was the first time I have ever faced such poor customer service. I hope that the hotel management takes my feedback seriously and takes steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
