LikedBreakfast was very good. Fruits were fresh and tasty. Service was very good. Raju from Nepal is very agile and always happy to help. Chef from Hyderabad made awesome omlette. The waterfront view is breathtaking.

DislikedOne of the most horrible hotel I have ever visited! Should have checked into room 3pm but by 5.30pm room was not ready. We were offered to wait 30 minutes more seating near reception deck or change the room to another but instead of a king-size bed two twin beds were pushed together. I asked reception guy to call manager in charge to come and solve our problem, but he even did not try to fix it. He was not interested at all and showed bad working attitude. If you booked room for 2 persons please be ready to have only one toothbrush and one pair of sleepers or ask someone to take care about it. Completely 5* experience! Breakfast was completely poor and cheap. Have no idea who are those people who enjoy it. Disgusting five star hotel that deserves three stars in better case. Please Choose another hotel. There are a lot of options to spend your 500 aed per night more wisely.
