Staffs are very good at hospitality and welcome with smile . Hotel location is easy to access and good facilities with reasonable price.

Highly recommended facility. Everything from front desk, room cleanliness, food, location of hotel was just amazing. Lovely place to be.

Me and my family had very warm experience with the stay of Al Hayat. Though we created a bit of mess due to young children during busy breakfast hours staff members like Geetha, Saba and all the kitchen/restaurant staff was genuinely kind and helped us in every possible way. We had accident in the gym with your young child where we were assisted very well and guided for the process further. Though it was busiest time of the year probably being it 1st Jan we had absolute attention and were very well taken care of. Points for improvements: kids play area required or where their is supervised staff how can assist young families like us so that adults can enjoy Hyatt and it's array of services better. Rooms require bit of renovation/paint. Kudos of housekeeping staff for the ever smiling service and sincere appreciation.
