Pros : Very pleasant and accommodating staff Centrally located with cafes around and seef mall in walking distance Good views from the hotel and room Standard room quality Cons Wifi a bit slow during peak hours Limited bedding even in larger suites Almost the Same breakfast everyday.the spread wasnt bad though During our stay there was an incident where our bathroom floor cracked completely due to presumably some issue in the piping.. the staff immediately responded and moved us to another room … this was scary as it happened in the middle of the night and needs to be fixed

In the weekends till 3 am you will hear a car engine and honking sounds as this place is full of cars on the streets due to multiple coffee shops around the hotel

Liked- Reception staff were really friendly and cooperative specially Mr. Emam whom I really appreciate his help - Room was big and suitable for our family - Location is near to city centre and many good places
Disliked- While my visit was during Eid Holiday then I suffered from traffic jam in the night time and loud sound from vehicles as well till 4 am but I think it won't be the same during normal days - Parking of hotel is not enough but they have a space in front of it.

LikedEntire service and staff were good. Mr. Emam at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He upgraded my stay to deluxe suite for free. As a repeat customer, I will definitely recommend to my friends and families..
