LikedI liked overall and in general accomodation experience, which I may rate a good 4 star hotel experience. Worth to try once at least, if you are looking for small cozy location hotel with its own beach and relatively less people around.
DislikedPlace is not about ultimare luxury at all. Some things need definite improvement, like hot water problem in showers (constant change from hot to cold within having a shower), food, drinks and overall menu quality requires attention, some areas design and materials definitely seeks for better quality and refurbishment.

LikedOverall, for us it is one of the best hotel in Dubai: calm, cozy, with real live sea. Very friendly and professional staff, nice atmosphere.

LikedDesign is very nice. Quite and modern.
DislikedThe location and the view. The staff at the reception desk and concierge were well trained, cleaning team, restaurant staff were surprisingly unhelpful and sometimes almost rude.

mixed feelings… While the accommodation is perfect and the cleanliness is 10*, the service has some teething issues. On the day of the arrival I needed to wait 25 minutes to get served at the restaurant (after 25mins still didn’t get noticed, and I stood up to ask a waiter), however I got “compensated” with a drink. Then.. to continue, while I was not informed that the Nikki Beach Club beds can not be used by hotels guests (only for a price of 200 AED/sunbed), while walking back to the hotel, there were no more beds available around the pool (even tho it was empty, but towels left on the beds). For paid late checkout I needed to activate the card every time entered to the room… All in all, I would go back. However, the staff could really improve as the hotel was not even full.

Very lovely place and one the best hotels I’ve ever visited and for sure I’ll revisit it again
