We vacationed with friends, two couples. The hotel is located on the south of the island, away from all the main beaches of Phuket, in a less crowded area. The hotel itself is very pleasant. The first thing that catches your eye in the lobby is the magnificent view. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff are responsive and attentive to requests. We stayed in a room with a beach view. The room is good, but it needs some minor repairs. There is a Jacuzzi on the balcony, but due to its low position from the ground, there is no privacy; you feel exposed to the pool and the sea. Upon check-in, the floor was dirty, but the staff promptly cleaned it upon request. The sea: We arrived after lunch and wanted to swim immediately, but found that the entrance to the sea is very rocky (even with shoes, it would be uncomfortable). So, the next day we decided to go to another beach. As we later found out, there are strong tides and ebbs at the hotel's beach throughout the day: in the morning until noon, you can swim comfortably, with the water reaching close and the rocks starting further from the entrance, but after lunch, you can't enter the sea. It would be helpful if this were indicated in the hotel description and communicated to guests upon check-in. The hotel provides free SUP boards and kayaks. You can also find boats on the beach that take you to various islands (with different time and price scenarios). Food: Be sure to take breakfasts. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, with a decent selection of dishes, all delicious. We had lunch several times; the prices are very reasonable. There is a separate bar with a small selection of signature cocktails, as well as a poolside bar where they make all the main classic cocktails. Environment: The place is quite quiet, but there are several construction sites nearby; the noise was periodic but didn't bother us much. It slightly spoiled the scenery. Within walking distance, there is a 7/11, several restaurants and bars, and various shopping options. The downside is that it's a bit far from the popular locations on the island. Overall: If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation, it's an excellent choice. However, be aware and better clarify with the hotel about the construction nearby and the situation with tides and ebbs.

LikedWe loved how clean and comfortable our room was. The bed was really fabulous, and we were able to get comfortable easily for bed. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. The pool was clean and beautiful! Location was great also !
DislikedThere was a group of guests partying on our second night, until 2:30 am We hears alot of screaming, loud banging and someone even knocked on our door at 2am. Because of this we lost an entire night of sleep We wished the hotel would enforce rules about quiet time. We booked at a resort far away from patong because we wanted to ensure peaceful summers but were disappointed when we heard the noise regardless during the night

DislikedThe beach has many rocks, which is quite dangerous for swimming.
