LikedLarge, well equipped modern room with a very comfortable King Size bed. The restaurant staff and the porters were very friendly and polite.

DislikedThere was no hot water in our room. I informed reception and an engineer eventually arrived. He kept the water running and after awhile the water became lukewarm in the bath. He also ran the bidet and this produced the warmest water however we were not small enough to fit in! The engineer said that the bad condition of the pipes meant that the hot water could only reach between 15 and 20%! We reported this, and also the fact that our TV did not work, to reception before we checked out but they were not really interested and offered no apology. There was a great view of the lagoon from our room although this was difficult to see as the windows were very dirty. The sofa bed had some bad stains.
