LikedNice hotel with good location at the Palm with fully equipped beach and infinity pool. Room cleaning was great and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good with mix of European and Asian kitchen. Nice gym with great view.

DislikedBeach towels are too old already. Restaurant staff is not prepared well (forget about coffee/tea orders, not serving tables with extra cutlery when required and etc.)

DislikedStaff services and hospitality was very poor , and if you try to call the reception they will never responded you which is very weird . one more thing was strange , that on the check in the hotel asking for security deposit which is extremally not familiar to us here in all UAE hotels .

LikedStaff go out of their way for you, a fabulous hotel and location and will be returning next year.
