Alternatively, transportation to Parque El Capricho and Alameda de Osuna is available from central Madrid. Barajas is 15 minutes walking distance from here. Taxis are also accessible from both the airport and central Madrid.

The district of Barajas is well known for being home to Madrid’s busiest airport, yet the area of the surrounding wards including the town of Alameda de Osuna has a rich history and great archaeological value.
