About Raub

One of the oldest towns in Pahang, Raub has a rich gold mining history and is home to a number of colonial-era buildings. This inland town is encircled by mountain ranges and wildlife reserves, while the central area reveals numerous shopping malls, recreational centres and Asian restaurants.

Outdoor adventurers will find many exhilarating experiences around Raub, including the Jeram Besu Rapids, considered one of the best white-water rafting and kayaking areas in Malaysia with grade two to four rapids.
