I informed the front desk that my family & I was going for dinner. so I requested for the sofa bed to made at a given time, but it was not follow through. when I got back to the hote much later that night. Front office great friendly staff, thumbs up! But, I would like to suggest, though I book room reservation thru' Booking.com, I requested for receipt/invoice of my stay for the purpose of office outstation claim from the front office, but she replied that I need to request from Booking.com. Wouldn't it be great if Aloft Hotel could make a print out too or against hotel's procedure? TQVM
