Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and basic. No telephone or clock although this was not important for us. The hotel was very convenient to light rail and in the heart of Chinatown so mealtime was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again as prices were reasonable and standard good.
