The Hotel is very well located. It is located steps from La Rambla and right in front of the hotel is the 'hop on hop off' tourist bus station. If the hotel is very beautiful and very clean, more impressive is the good service. In our case the breakfast was included in my rate and despite the good food of Barcelona I want to highlight not only the good quality and variety of the food in the Hotel but also the attention in particular of all those who work in the salon. T he reality is that they like to help you. I take the opportunity to recognize Ariadna in 'concierge' and thank her for her great help in getting us a 'private tour guide' with little notice to see some sites of interest. She even suggested that we continue with our agenda and she would call us as soon as she got it

This hotel is beautiful and the service is exceptional. The people are always ready to help, so attentive and there for your any need. When we needed to call for something they provided it quickly. The hotel is filled with stunning fresh flowers that they change weekly, it makes you feel like you are in a garden! I really loved that touch. The concierge was on point and the motor lobby gets you taxis quickly if needed. It is in a great location, a good walk to the bottom of the La Rambla or a very quick taxi ride. It is within walking distance of the Born neighborhood which is great to stroll through. It is also located right on the beach in case you are a sand lover, but the hotel pools are perfect and lovely. The hop on hop off buses pick up right by the hotel and that is very fun too! Enjoyed this stay so much and will for sure stay there again.
