The staff was decent, the area was idealize and the offices were awesome, particularly with a shopping center associated to the lodging. The comfort of bed is excellent. Excellent view from the rooms on Paris and the Eiffel Tower! The bathroom was very clean. Great breakfast. Club access included snacks and drinks as needed. We also got 2 glasses of champagne as a welcome gift which was really cute gesture. All in all a awesome involvement and a incredible lodging, I'll def remain here once more a few time. Everything looks exactly the same like in photos.

I loved the view from the room. The city was beautiful to look at during the night. I really enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle at 11 and 12 when it was fully lit up. The night sky was clear and only had the moon out. The Hyatt Etoile is a very comfortable place to stay in Paris. It’s location is near the périphérique which can be convenient but also not a pretty view if your room faces the freeway. It’s 2 metro stops from the Arc de Triumphe. There is a convention center and a mall attached to the hotel with a nice grocery store included. The hotel can be directly accessed through the mall which is convenient but could be a security concern. The hotel guest room elevators are nearby and can be accessed by pressing the floors desired in the lobby. The elevators are unique in that it is not possible to select floors once inside the elevator which is a great safety precaution. My room was clean and comfortable and on the 3rd floor. I would have given the hotel 5 stars except the bathroom door could not stay open (by design) so I had to use a trash can to prop it open to let the steam vent after my shower. The coffee and sugar supplies were also not replenished during my multiple day stay. Overall, a positive experience.
