The staff were wonderful everything was clean and nice. The rooms and hotel are just a little outdated. In great condition but have obviously been there for a while.
my experience didn’t start well as there is no place to park to check in. I tried to get the attention of the concierge who appeared to see me but no acknowledgement or instruction. I called the hotel to ask where do I park to check in I was informed to see the concierge out front or double park to check in. once in the hotel they give the option of $45 concierge parking or go find parking elsewhere at the convention centre. very excessive if you ask me, to charge $45 for one night this should be advertised
staff were polite.. room service was great.. breakfast had a huge variety to choose from..
very mediocre. I would not choose to stay again when there are far better near new modern and cheaper hotels to stay in in Adelaide that also have full hot buffet breakfast included in their prices. Staff were lovely, the hotel itself very dissapointing, wet musty carpet smell throughout hotel masked byvair freshsner, not a good combination when you have allergies and asthmatic.
