we have to say the best thing about the hotel and our stay was the room which was exceptional and also the front desk worker named Rick, he was fabulous and his service was excellent. We were very disappointed with the breakfast and the fact we couldn't even get the compliments newspaper we were offered and wanted just isn't good enough for a 5 star hotel.
Room was magnificent. Location was beautiful. We will be back
immensely enjoyable
Loved the beautiful Sydney Harbour views , loved the spacious apartment with everything you needed. Loved the location. Hated we only could afford to stay one night.
You guys at the Pullman Grand Quay always deliver when we come to stay. Read one or 2 reviews regarding brekky there that werent totally positive. They made me unsure of what to expect. I should never have doubted. Best breakfast spread.. Ben, our waiter... what a great host for xmas eve breakfast. Thanks for a great christmas staycation.
