This hotel does not have what it takes to be 5 star. Public areas are characterless and stark. Breakfast was good, but evening buffet very average. The pool area is pretty but the beds crammed together. Evening entertainment was repetitive . Spa facilities need maintenance as various things not working, including the jacuzzi and some water jets. The hotel overall lacks atmosphere.
