위생 상태 엉망이고 직원들 전화 태도가 연결됐음 연결됐다고 말해야지 가만히 있다가 연결됐냐고 물어보니 그때 대답... 룸서비스는 자기들이 내세우는 메뉴는 재료준비도 안하는지 다 없다하고 룸청소 진짜 하는게 맞는지 내가 과자 부스러기 하나 둬봤는데 그대로 있고 딸기 먹은 꼭지 잎이 화장실에 있고 갈아놓은 수건위에 직원 머리카락 있었고 엘베 타면 바닥이 깨져서 삐걱소리나서 불쾌하게 했음 룸서비스 시킨 과일 맛은 역대 최악이었음 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않고 이게 5성이라고?
when I first saw this room, I was pretty surprised by the room size!! its really bigger than I thought. Plus, room was very clean and great. it was an excellent choice:)
and all of my family enjoyed and took a rest.
