We really loved The Grand Inna and ended up staying for our entire holiday (15nights). We stayed in both the Superior rooms and the Deluxe room. Would be good to see the Superior rooms all renovated as they are a great location in the resort but just need updating.

This hotel has character it is not one of the newest cubes that we find all over the world. wherever you are in the hotel you feel you are in Bali. Service is good, breakfast choice excellent. You are literally on the beach (public beach), Private note: It was my Birthday : Mty companion mentioned it to reception after breakfast ....Benny the manager sent me a nice printed card in my name with a cake and a candle and a young balinese lady delivered to our room . Nice touch Benny
