Ben Gurion International Airport, also referred to as Natbag, is the prominent aviation hub for the country of Israel and the busiest in terms of passenger traffic, serving more than 16 million people on an annual basis. It is situated 19 kilometres outside of Tel Aviv in the Central District of Israel, 40 kilometres from Jerusalem. The airport encompasses a large office park which contains the head offices of Israel Airports Authority as well as Israel Aerospace Industries.

Ben Gurion Airport services two primary passenger terminals and three major runways, Terminal 3 persisting as the major international gateway. The complex offers its own exclusive assortment of shopping and dining services, including a duty-free location, cosmetic shops, book and music stores, high-end fashion boutiques and a restaurant variety spanning fast food, cafes and a tapas bar.

The complex is well situated in close proximity to Highway 1, the main Tel-Aviv highway and Highway 40, making for easy access by car, taxi or public bus. Israel Railways provides train service from the airport routing out of the Ben Gurion Airport Railway Station in Terminal 3. Share-taxi vans are popular transit options.
